Treat yourself to the attention and care of a Private Yoga Session.
These sessions allow you to explore various poses, challenges and limitations while the teacher offers attention to alignment, provides hands on adjustments, and helps to open the mind and body to all the benefits of Yoga. A private yoga session can reduce the anxiety you may have about your disabilities, weight, or other worries that come up in a large group setting. Private instruction can lead to more confidence which will in turn allows for a wider range of abilities and movement. This in turn, leading to overall well being.
All sessions include relaxation techniques, self healing practices, yoga poses, breathing practices, aromatherapy and deep relaxation. Weather permitting you can have your session outdoors, maybe at one of our beautiful beaches, or indoors in the comfort of your own home.
