• I’m 29 years old, I love to travel and experience as much as possible. I love food, dancing, music, and laughing. I’m a big yes girl for life. I’ll try most things at least once and if I don’t like it , maybe twice just to make sure. Constantly thinking about my next adventure, move, or even meal, I use yoga and breath work to ground me back to the sweet blessing of the present moment. I want to build connections through the love of self growth to help cultivate a community that empowers each other more than we judge each other.

  • I’ve been practicing yoga for 10 years. Practicing all different types of yoga; yin, vinyasa, restorative, power, bikram. Finally got my 200hr teacher certification with The Works in 2021 after the pandemic. Making me realize how short life is and how important it is to do everything we dream. I love restorative yoga best. Slowing down and dropping into the body fully, letting the busy world just stop even if for only a few short minutes is my favorite way to find inspiration, rejuvenation & empowerment.

  • I find inspiration from my peers. Constantly challenging me to see the world through another’s eyes. Adversaries are to be celebrated and learned from.

  • My favorite ways to cut loose is explore and dive deeper into hobby’s like surfing, painting, Brazilian Jujitsu, and weight training. I also love cutting loose by going to see live music, traveling to new places and taking new yoga classes.

  • My intention is to raise the collective by empowering you through embodiment work. By allowing your own healing , love and embodiment to flow from you into those surrounding you’s lives, you can begin to heal the collective.

  • Something you may not know about me is I was born on Guam, a small island in the Pacific Ocean, and spent the early years of my life in Hawaii. I find this to be my true nature: an islander.

  • I am always willing and happy to be new at something. I love trying new things and learning the never ending lessons there are at being bad at something. To try something new is the opportunity to be able to meet yourself again.

  • “For the present moment is infinitely small; before we can measure it, it has gone, and yet it persists forever.” Alan Watts

I feel like this quote accurately depicts the fleeting awareness of the current moment. Always thinking of the past or future, yet these things only happen one moment at a time: right now.
