• A creature of habit, with a love for movement and deep thought provoking conversation.

  • I hold two Barre certifications that are dear to my teaching practice and style- light hearted and full of energy! After a decade of being a student first, I felt called to deepen my inquiry and self discovery through yoga teacher training. In 2021 I completed my 200 hr RYT certification through Litfromwithin Yoga. While I’m new to teaching yoga, I’m well versed in dance and barre!

  • Above all else, people! Being witness to growth, kindness, ingenuity in the wake of trying times. People inspire me more than anything. We arrive in this world with advantages or disadvantages, but it’s the growth and healing through life’s circumstances that lights my inner fire.

  • Drinking a cup of tea and catching up on my latest book of choice, family walks with my husband and sweet senior dog, dancing to whatever you’re willing to DJ for me, AND ideally combining all 3 of those with a day at the beach!

  • To heal, to grow, to love, to connect- that’s all I want for myself and those surrounding me!

  • Dance was my first love and passion! I have 15 yrs of formal dance training and 7 years of teaching experience. During my competitive years, our studio director brought in a yoga instructor for cross training and meditation. My love of yoga blossomed from that experience!

  • I’m 100% all in with my energy, and I only agree to things that align with it! I’m on a continuous quest to be and do what I love! Sometimes I stumble or waver, but I’m always learning more about myself.

  • “Love the mess. Love who you are. You’re worthy even with the blocks. There is no “there”. We’re forever deepening into who we really are- our true selves minus all the wounds. Because that’s all a wound or block is. An injured part of you that needs love. Through love, the wounds dissolve. Not because they need to be gone so you can be worthy to have what you want, but because you are whole and beautiful and loved exactly as you are. And in that knowing, healing comes.” - Suzanne Heyn
