Savannah started her Yoga practice in 2011. Yoga has completely transformed her life and she has a true passion for it. She loves to share the peace that yoga has brought into her life (on and off the mat) with as many people as possible. She received her 200-Hour certification from Holy Cow Yoga Center in 2014. Savannah understands that each individual’s practice and needs are unique. She encourages her participants to listen to their bodies and do what feels right for them. She teaches a mindful, light hearted class, with an emphasis on connection to breath. What initially started as a journey to help cope with personal issues has evolved into a passion for sharing the magic of Yoga. She feels honored and looks forward to being a part of your journey too.
