Lauren began her yoga journey while in college, but dropped even deeper into her practice while completing her masters in Psychology. Yoga and meditation became her release while working full time and completing the high pressures of her graduate program, while simultaneously providing her with a deeper connection to her studies and herself. Lauren enrolled in Mission Yoga’s mindful vinyasa training in October of 2016 completing out her 200 hour RYT in March of 2017. She is so pleased to be able to share the compassion, love, understanding, and freedom that yoga has brought into her life. In her free time you can find Lauren spending time with her dog, reading, basking in the sun at the beach, traveling to new places, and of course practicing yoga.
